Satoshi Nakamoto identity debate seems always to be a never-ending one. A few days ago, SpaceX intern blogged that Elon Musk is most probably the real bitcoin founder, Satoshi. However, Musk clarified that he was not the creator of Bitcoin.
Gupta, who used to be an intern at SpaceX in 2015 provided few idea on why Elon Musk could be the founder of Bitcoin:
- Technical Capabilities: Bitcoin was written by someone who masters C++, a language that Elon used heavily at Space X.
- Solving global problems: Bitcoin was first founded in 2008, the year of the world global financial crisis.
- Being silence about Bitcoin: Musk has not spoken much about Bitcoin or the blockchain technology, although it has been a very hot topic in the past few years.
Elon Musk denial
Elon Musk has stated and denied that he was Satoshi Nakamoto. Musk also mentioned that he had some Bitcoins which were sent to him by a friend a few years ago.
Elon Musk tweeted:
Not true. A friend sent me part of a BTC a few years, but I don’t know where it is.

Who could Satoshi be?
As seen, Bitcoin has been growing and drawn millions of users into this market. However, questions about Satoshi real identity will always remain debatable. In the past few years, the development of Bitcoin protocol has been processing and advancing without Satoshi involvement, given the talented developers who work on Bitcoin.
However, the questions remain the same – who do you think is Satoshi Nakamoto?
